Imagine the Google Future

It’s kind of scary, but it’s also exciting. What does the future hold? Read the Article

Kind of Zonked

29 January, 2006
I should stay up all night more often. I have some really interesting thoughts, and everything is hilarious. I’ve been running on three hours sleep today. I was really tired in the morning, but once I got past noon, it was all good. Sure, my eyes are incredibly blood-shot, and I haven’t been very coherent today, but that doesn’t matter. If you ever decide to attempt a feat such as this, be sure and have these vital ingredients for success:

A Friend's Blog

12 December, 2005
Hey, I thought I should notify my few readers about a up-start blog by one of my buddies. You can see it here. It’s pretty cool. He posts a lot more often then I do. :) Check it out.

They Just Keep Adding On

10 December, 2005
Gmail. They just keep adding more and more stuff! When I logged on today, I saw the familiar “New Features!” link and clicked it. Now you can automatically read RSS feeds right above your inbox! And that’s only their latest addition. Some of the other new features are virus protection, viewing .pdf documents as HTML, and on, and on, and on. Oh yeah. There another thing: I now have 2673 MB of storage space.

The Loss of Wisdom

3 November, 2005
Oh, the pain. Pain, pain, pain: I just had my wisdom teeth pulled a few days ago. Only two though; I only had two. The only thing I liked about the whole situation was being knocked out. It was weird. I don’t really remember when I went out, but the next thing I knew I was sitting in a different chair with my mom next to me. My bottom lip felt incredibly fat because they had numbed my mouth.

Nintendo Revolution Controller

16 September, 2005
Oh, it’s revolutionary alright. I mean, just look at it! Isn’t it beautiful? Here’s what one of the news pages had to say: On Friday morning in Japan, Nintendo President Satoru Iwata kicked off this year’s Tokyo Game Show by unveiling a white prototype Revolution controller that looks more like a TV remote than a gaming device. In a break from 20 years of hardware designs, it’s designed to be used with just one hand.

iPod Nano

11 September, 2005
There is no such thing as an iPod Mini anymore. It’s succesor? It’s called the iPod Nano. If you haven’t seen it, you should really take a look. It’s pretty sweet. I mean, just look at it! It’s only as thick as a pencil, it only weighs 1.5 ounces, it has a full color screen, and, it’s a iPod! Also, it comes in two sizes: 2 GB, and 4 GB. It costs $200 dollars, and $250 dollars, respectively.

Summer's almost gone...

13 August, 2005
How did this happen? It feels like summer just started and now it’s almost over! Now I only have a couple precious weeks to squeeze in the last bit of fun I want to have. Then it’s back to the old grind: school. But in all actuality, it’s not that bad. I’m going to be doing a lot of new things this year. There is one thing though: I can’t find a fencing class anywhere to save my life!

Batman Begins

18 June, 2005
Oh man. You absolutely have to see this movie. It rocks. I just went to see it in the IMAX theatre yesterday. Spend the extra couple bucks and go see it in the IMAX. There aren’t any commercials playing when you come in, there aren’t any previews, the film quality is better, there are less people there, yeah. You get the picture. Anyway, about the cool movie. It rocks. I already said that.

REBOL/View 1.3

13 June, 2005
YES! It’s finally here! REBOL/View 1.3 has been released! They’ve added a bunch of cool stuff. I think my favorite thing is the new AGG (Anti-Grain Graphics) draw dialect. You can do soooo much cool stuff with it. I haven’t done much with it yet but, believe me; I will. They have made some changes on the Desktop too. It handles a little better now. They currently only have 1.3 for Windows XP.
